Since 1 Sep 2026, 116 have been added. A listing means a regulated lender reported the app to RBI. RBI does not check these entries, so a listing is not an approval.

RBI's update of 5 Oct 2026 added 53 listings to its directory of digital lending apps, including Bachhat, Eduvanz – Quick Education Loan, FinGrow, GoldBridge Loan-Line of Credit. 116 have been added since we started tracking on 1 Sep 2026. The full list with each app's lender is on this page.
Is a new loan app safe if it is on RBI's list?
Being listed means a regulated lender (a bank or NBFC) told RBI it works with the app. RBI compiles the list from these reports without checking them, so it is not an approval. Before you borrow, check the lender named here, read the loan terms, and never pay a fee before the loan reaches your bank account.
How do you know when an app was added?
RBI does not publish the date an app joins its directory. We save a copy of RBI's list every week, and "first seen" is the first copy that has the app. Apps already listed on 1 Sep 2026, when we started, are not counted as new.
What does "no longer listed" mean?
The app was missing from RBI's last two updates. It does not mean the app is banned or illegal: entries drop when a lender stops working with an app, renames it, or refiles its list. If you already have a loan through one of these apps, the loan is with the lender named here, so contact them about it.
