Important Note: GoCredit is not a lender. We act as a loan marketplace/aggregator, connecting users to banks and NBFCs who are licensed and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). GoCredit does not directly lend money, guarantee loan approval, or determine interest rates.

Loans facilitated through GoCredit are subject to the following terms, which vary by lender and borrower profile:

Lender's Nodal Officer
If your complaint is not resolved within 30 days, or if you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the concerned lender's Nodal Officer. Contact details of the lender's grievance/nodal officer are available on the lender's website and in your loan agreement.
RBI Integrated Ombudsman
If the complaint remains unresolved after 30 days at the lender level, you can file a complaint with the RBI Integrated Ombudsman:
