We strive to provide complete transparency, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the rights and process for customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions and request a refund.
1. Subscription Model Overview
GoCredit is a subscription-based service, where users pay a monthly fee to access premium features, including:

2. Cancellation Policy

In case of successful bureau pull and data report shared with user over app and email (pdf copy), cancellation will remain invalid under any circumstances.
3. Refund Policy
If the cancellation request is made within the 24-Hours window, users are eligible for a full refund of the subscription amount paid.
