Red Flag #1: Loan Agreement Mein NBFC Ka Naam Nahi Hai

Sabse bada signal. Har RBI-registered NBFC ko loan agreement mein apna legal entity naam clearly mention karna mandatory hai — "XYZ Finance Pvt Ltd", "ABC Capital Ltd", etc.

Agar agreement mein sirf app ka brand naam likha hai ("InstaPaisa Loan Pvt Ltd" types — koi NBFC "InstaPaisa" naam ki RBI-registered nahi hai), ya naam hai hi nahi — woh fake hai. Real NBFCs apna naam chhupaate nahi.

Quick check: agreement open karo, top section dekho. Jo entity naam mile, <a href="/nbfc-directory" class="text-primary font-semibold underline">/nbfc-directory pe search karo</a>. Agar match nahi — Red Flag #1 confirmed.

Red Flag #2: Processing Fee Pehle Maango

RBI rule clear hai — processing fee loan disbursement ke saath deduct hota hai, kabhi bhi upfront UPI / wallet pe maangne ka adhikar nahi. "Pehle ₹500 processing fee bhejo, phir loan approve hoga" — yeh sabse common fraud script hai.

Real NBFCs kabhi bhi pre-disbursement UPI payment nahi maangte. Kabhi nahi. Agar yeh maang hua, fraud confirm.

Red Flag #3: WhatsApp / Telegram Pe Application

Real NBFCs ka loan application secure app ya web portal pe hota hai — KYC, eKYC, bank verification — sab encrypted channels pe. Agar koi WhatsApp pe "Aadhaar photo bhejo aur ₹50,000 milega 5 minute mein" bol raha hai, fraud hai.

WhatsApp / Telegram lending illegal hai India mein. Koi RBI-registered NBFC yeh nahi karta.

Agar customer support sirf ek personal mobile number ho (10-digit, koi business prefix nahi), aur woh bhi WhatsApp pe respond kare — fraud.
